BODY
Your body is your 'vehicle' in this life. It moves you to where you want to go and from. In order to function well, it needs to be nourished and lovingly cared for on the inside and outside. Healthy food and drink, both sufficient exercise and rest, so effort and relaxation. In your body you feel your life energy, your emotions, sensations, and your sensuality and sexuality. Your body stores tension, stress and trauma. That is why caring for your body is also about connecting with your body, allowing your emotions and consciously letting go of tension.

MIND
Everything is energy. Your thoughts too. Your thoughts and inner dialogue have to do with your core beliefs. These are ideas or programmings, for example from our childhood. Most thoughts go back to basic beliefs such as: " I am (not) good enough. There is (not) enough. It is (not) safe. It will (not) be okay "
Positive beliefs lead to positive thoughts and pleasant emotions, and this high-vibe energy is necessary for health of body, mind & soul. Negative thoughts create stress and negative emotions and are harmful to your overall health and well-being.

SOUL
Do you know who you are beyond your story? What deep dreams and desires do you have, that you never really put into action ?
Are you living on autopilot, within familiar but limiting frameworks, that keep to feeling trapped and powerless?

NATURE
Nature is not just a place we can go to. Nature is in everything and everyone. You are part of nature too.
Living more in tune with nature is about spending more time in nature, which contributes very positively to our overall mental and physical health. In addition, you can think of eating healthier and more naturally, and using natural resources and remedies. But moreover it is about living in harmony with the natural rhythms and being more in balance with your own natural biorhythms. Connecting to Nature's intelligence will help you to not just 'get by', but to thrive in all areas of your life!

CONNECTIONS
The quality of your connections with others are largely determined by the connection you have with yourself. How well do you take care of yourself? What exactly are self-love and self-care about? With this key, we look at everything that has to do with your relationships and connections. We humans are 'wired' for connection. We need healthy relationships. Trauma and fear can cause you to lose connection with yourself and with others. Healing from this is about letting go of toxic patterns and relationships, and learning to become more balanced within yourself and therefore also be able to have healthier relationships with others.
